Terms of Service.

1. Purpose of this website

This website introduces ARYV’s AI consulting services and provides general information for business owners and teams. Website examples illustrate possible workflows; they are not guarantees of results or representations of work completed for a named client.

Website information is not legal, tax, accounting, cybersecurity certification, or other regulated professional advice.

2. Inquiries, scope, and pricing

Submitting the contact form requests a conversation. It does not create a consulting relationship, book an appointment, authorize a payment, or require either party to proceed.

Published prices are starting points in US dollars. Final fees depend on agreed scope, team size, systems, preparation, and other requirements. Model subscription fees, API and token usage costs, and other third-party software charges are separate from ARYV’s consulting and support fees. The client is responsible for these charges and pays the relevant providers directly. ARYV is not liable for paying or reimbursing these costs.

Before paid work begins, a written agreement should identify deliverables, responsibilities, access, fees, acceptance criteria, support, and any other project-specific terms. That agreement controls the engagement.

3. Acceptable use and submissions

Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code or spam, impersonate another person, or use the contact form to provide information you are not authorized to share.

Provide accurate contact information and avoid sensitive or confidential records. You retain ownership of information you submit and allow ARYV to use it to review and respond to your inquiry, as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Website content and branding

ARYV’s name, supplied logos, and original website content may not be presented as your own or used to imply an endorsement without permission. Other names, products, and materials belong to their respective owners. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law provides.

5. AI and third-party services

AI can produce inaccurate or incomplete results. Important outputs and actions need appropriate human review. The website does not promise a specific amount of time saved, revenue generated, or other business outcome.

Third-party tools have their own terms, availability, pricing, and information practices. Their features can change. Project agreements identify any tools and ongoing responsibilities relevant to your engagement.

6. Availability and limitations

We aim to keep website information useful and accurate, but it may change or contain errors. The website may be temporarily unavailable, and no uninterrupted access or error-free operation is promised.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, general website information is provided without warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability and warranties for paid consulting work are addressed in the applicable project agreement.

7. Changes and questions

We may update these website terms as the site changes. The date above identifies the current version. Use the Contact page if you have a question about the site, its terms, or a potential engagement.
