AI tools, team training, and practical automations. We help you put them to work in your business.
Find your starting pointYou’ve heard what AI can do. The harder part is knowing what’s worth using, where to begin, and how to bring your team along.
We start with the work you already do. Then we help you choose suitable tools, practice useful tasks, and put a focused improvement in place.

WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER
Start where you are.
Three ways to begin. A clear scope before you commit.

Less back-and-forth.
A clearer next step.
A few places to look for a useful first improvement. We confirm the process, access, and value with your team before building.
A response ready
for your review.
An incoming message becomes a short summary, a suggested owner, and a draft response. Your team checks it before anything goes to the customer.
What we measureHandling time, corrections, and time to first response.

- 03Your team reviews

- 04Follow-up is tracked
A reminder stays open until a person confirms the change.

ABOUT ARYV
Practical AI.
With people in mind.
ARYV is built around a straightforward idea: business owners should be able to get useful AI help at the level they need.
We focus on small and midsize service businesses, where a busy office team connects customers, staff, and daily operations. From the first training session to ongoing workflow support, the goal is work that becomes easier and a team that knows how to use what’s been put in place.
Get to know ARYVA FEW COMMON QUESTIONS
Before we begin.
Do we need to know anything about AI?
No. We start with your team’s current experience and teach through familiar tasks. Questions and hands-on practice are part of the process.
Do we need to replace our software?
We first review what you use. Some improvements can work within existing tools. Any new platforms, subscriptions, and integration requirements are discussed before you commit.
How much does it cost?
Workshops start at $2,250, foundations at $4,750, and scoped workflow projects at $6,500. Ongoing support starts at $1,250 per month. All fees are in USD. Final pricing depends on your team and the work involved.
Model subscriptions, API and token usage, and other third-party software charges are paid separately by the client. ARYV is not liable for these costs. You own your business accounts; each proposal defines the deliverables, review points, and support limits.
Can AI make mistakes?
Yes. Training covers how to check the results. Implemented workflows include agreed review points, testing, and a way to handle missing information and failures.
Will AI contact customers on its own?
Early workflows prepare work for your team to review. Any automatic customer-facing action is agreed, tested, and limited before launch.
What happens after setup?
You receive the agreed training and documentation. Ongoing workflow care is available for systems we implement, with defined maintenance and support limits. New builds receive a separate scope.
LET’S TALK ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS
